Application Process, Terms and Conditions, and Application
Garden plots are assigned to an individual or family members who pay an application fee and annual plot fee as detailed in the Membership Agreement, and Terms and Conditions of Membership document. Members must also read and agree with the Membership Waiver. Volunteer hours are required from each member but may be bought out if so desired, as detailed in the Membership Agreement document.
The Online Application for the 2025 growing season is now closed (waitlist too long). We have contacted potential new members in the order that we received application requests, so please keep an eye on your inboxes:
Payments for new members must be made at the time of choosing a plot, to the email for the BPCG treasurer. Unpaid applications will go back into the queue.
We will not be able to accept all new applicants, we have 23 applications for 14 vacant plots. Currently requests received after the 16th of March will be on a waitlist .
Members must maintain their plots. If you expect to be away or are ill for some time, please let us know (info[at]brewergarden.ca) so that we can make arrangements to assist you.
